Low Volume Vineyard Sprayer

This sprayer is designed specifically for low volume vineyard and dwarf tree applications. Because grape vines have such large leaves, it is important to spray from under the vine. The vineyard sprayer's low-to-the-ground air discharge directs air upward from beneath the canopy, insuring the best possible coverage. This helps reduce the shingling effect when spraying heavily foliated vines. Other features include: a heavy duty, chemical resistant, polyethylene tank which empties completely; galvanized frame and blower assemblies; and dual stainless steel fans which deliver perfectly uniform air from each side of the sprayer. The variable pressure regulator and diaphragm pump are coupled to a disengaging gearbox. This allows the flexibility to spray low volume, and also to disengage the fan when using a hand gun or high pressure vertical booms. Safety hand and eye wash tank is standard.

Standard Equipment

Tank - 110 gallon (415.8 L) poly with hydro pneumatic injector/agitator. Screw on lid with air vents. Plastic basket-type filler strainer. Tank level sight gauge. Separate five gallon safety hand and eye wash tank.

Fan and Air Discharge - Housing and fan are all galvanized steel. Discharge angle is adjustable. Fan housings can be rotated about the shaft to install optional tower discharge.

Power - One speed gearbox with neutral. Recommended input speed 540 RPM. Fans run directly off gearbox. There are no drive belts on unit.

Controls - Spray control valve left and right. Adjustable pressure regulator with pressure gauge mount on fender of tractor. Additional booster agitation valve suspends heavy materials. Two outlets are provided for spray gun application.

Pump - 110 gallon unit - Model APS 51 14 GPM (52.9 L), 580 PSI (38.66 bar) max.)

Three Buna diaphragms. Anodized aluminum case.

Nozzles - Patented pneumatic low volume nozzle system. Non-plugging tips

Metering Valves - 2 metering valves with check valves. Metering valves allow changing spray volume quick and easy. Check valves prevent nozzles from dripping.

Suction Strainer - external frame mounted with cylindrical stainless steel filter and on/off valve.

Pressure Gauge - 0 - 580 PSI (38.66 bar). Two gauges provided to set low pressure, low volume spraying precisely.

PTO Shaft Included

Three-Point Hitch - Category I or II - both come standard. Three height positions available.
