BULLDOG SEWER JETTER

The Bulldog 3518D Sewer Jetter is a small, yet powerful machine that encompasses the true legacy of John Bean Sprayers: simplicity, durability and functionality.  The Bulldog features new world technology while remaining extremely simple and efficient to operate and incorporating all the features professional drain cleaners of today want and need.  Wireless remote control capability, jet pulsation, anti-freeze circulation, mini-jet system with quick release mount and a Udor 18gpm@4000psi Run-Dry pump.  Two optional lockable tool/accessory storage boxes provide security, weather protection and easy operator access.  Hydraulically driven hose reel mounted on a bearing system provides user easy access to the line to be cleaned regardless of how the vehicle is parked.  A 2-1/2” water fill system with air gap allows for quick hydrant filling while protecting the potable water supply.  The Bulldog comes standard with a 2-5/16” ball hitch, with an optional pintle hitch available.  Electric brakes with an emergency activation system are standard.  An electronic safety strobe light provides safety illumination and is provided as standard equipment.  With two different tank choices, a 350 gallon or 700 gallon black polyethylene tank(s), the Bulldog meets all your jetting requirements.

Standard Equipment

Tank - 350 (1325L) or 700 (2650L) gallon total black poly LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) tank, overhead air-gap fill, 2½” brass fire hydrant fitting. Tank material is black and is a UV inhibitor which prevents the development of plant growth (i.e. algae, mold, etc)

Cold Weather Recirculation System - Allows water to be recirculated through main hose and back to tank for below freezing operation and use.

Hose Reel - Capacity 600 ft (182.9M) of ½” high pressure hose. Air pressure cleanout connection. (Hose optional.)

Power – Yanmar TNVD1 Series Industrial Engine, 67.7 HP, 4TNV98-ZNSA, 4 cylinder, naturally aspirated, water cooled, electronic control panel.

Pump – Udor Penta-D 70/280, 18 GPM @ 4000 PSI, 5 cylinder plunger pump, stainless steel check valves, heat treated crankshaft, 80 oz. oil capacity, heavy duty brass manifold, solid ceramic plungers.  5 year standard warranty. 

Control Panel – Digital electronic engine controls, hour meter, oil pressure, voltage, ignition switch, throttle control, water pressure gauge, emergency stop, reel speed control, reel in/out control.

Wash Down System - Auxiliary outlet with cutoff piped to curbside for spraying/cleaning. 

Nozzles - One each 20° and 30° cleaning nozzle.  15” nozzle extension.

Hose Guide - Tiger Tail, 3”.

Fuel Tank -25.83 gallons (97.78L).

Trailer–Single axle 7000 GVWR (3171KG), electric brakes, 2 5/16” ball hitch, LT235/85R16 tires.  Lights and rubber mounted LED.
