Redline 300 High Pressure Air Sprayer

Tank - 300 gallon (1134L) round 304 stainless steel with mechanical agitator. One-eighth-turn hinged lid with air vents. Plastic basket-type filler strainer. Tank level sight gauge.

Fan - Stainless steel manifolds. Two speed with neutral gearbox, variable 30 - 60 tractor horsepower.

PTO Power - Constant velocity, Walterscheid

Controls - Remote manual left and right spray control valve plus remote bypass valve. (Electric optional)

Pump Options -
Bean 135, positive displacement, 35 GPM (132.3L) @ 540 RPM pressure to 400 PSI (26.6 bar)
Bertolini PA 908, 3 piston diaphragm, 24 GPM (91L) @ 540 RPM pressure to 650 PSI (45 bar)
Bertolini PA 144, 3 piston diaphragm, 38 GPM (144L) @ 540 RPM pressure to 650 PSI (45 bar)

Nozzles - 14 double rollover with diaphragm check valves.

Plumbing - Non Corrosive

Suction Strainer - PA908 and PA144 pump - Mounted under hood on right side, cylindrical filter and built in check valve.

Bean 135 pump - Externally mounted on right side, star filter in cast iron housing, and built in check valve.

Hitch - Straight or tracking (choose model number below)

Jack - Screw type

Pressure Gauge - 0-1000 PSI (0-69 bar) tank front

Tank level sight gauge - Standard

Axle - 4 way adjustable height, adjustable width
