Model DO60 Hydraulic Sprayers
 
Pump- Bean positive displacement capacity 60 GPM (226.8 L) at 800 PSI (53.3 bar), cast crankcase, tuftrided crankshaft with automotive type connecting rod inserts and roller type main bearings on crankshaft and high torque ball bearings on pinion. Helical cut gear teeth on crankshaft and pinion. Plunger cups work inside non-wearing alumina ceramic cylinders. Spring loaded disc type hardened stainless steel suction and discharge valves. Valve chamber features gasketed type porting for serviceability. Fluid end separated from drive end to eliminate contamination


Air Chamber- Installed in discharge line to reduce pulsation.

Cutoff- Assures discharge on/off.

Relief Valve- 50-1000 PSI (3.3 - 66.6 bar) adjustable relief valve with replaceable packing. Ceramic valve and seat.

Pressure Gauge- 0-1000 PSI ( 0-66.6 bar).

Suction Strainer - One star type between suction point and pump inlet, 16 mesh.

Engine- Ford gasoline, 80HP @ 2850, 2.5 liter, 4 cyl, water cooled, fuel injected. Specifications subject to vendor availability BATTERY NOT INCLUDED.

Optional John Deere 70HP @ 2375, or Deutz 43HP @ 2850, diesel engines available.

Tank- Select tank size and frame type according to end usage requirements from chart.

Filler Opening- 15" (.38M) with deep polyethylene strainer basket and vented non-leak screw-off lid or (2) 15" on divided tanks and vented safety lids with rollover check valves.

Mechanical Agitator- Shaft assembly runs length of tank.

Tank Level Sight Gauge.

Fully Enclosed Pump Compartment.
