Model DO20 Hydraulic Sprayers

Pump - Bean positive displacement capacity 20 gpm (75.6L) at 500 psi (33.3 bar), cast iron case, tuftrided crankshafts with automotive type connecting rod inserts and ball type main bearings. Drive end has double row bearings. Packing cups work inside non-wearing alumina ceramic cylinders. Spring loaded disc type hardened stainless steel suction and discharge valves. Fluid end separated from drive end to eliminate contamination.

Cutoff - Assures discharge on/off.

Bypass System - Bypass valve allows low pressure return to tank on engine start-up and aids mixing of tank material. On split tank models, bypass flow is directed to either tank compartment by opening and closing linkage connected ball valves.

Relief Valve - 50-500 psi (3.3-33.3 bar) adjustable relief valve with replaceable packing, stainless steel valve and seat.

Pressure Gauge - 0-600 psi (0-40 bar) liquid filled.

Suction Strainer - One star type in suction line between tank and pump inlet.

Engine - Honda 11 hp, 4 cycle air cooled gasoline with electric starter and generator. Specifications subject to vendor availability. ( BATTERY NOT INCLUDED.)

Tank - Rectangular shaped, heavy gauge 304 stainless steel tank. Divided 400/200 gallons (1512L/756L), one baffle in 400 gallon compartment, suction line with gate valve and bypass return to each compartment.

Filler Openings - 15" (.38M) opening with polyethylene strainer basket. Single tank models have vented non leak screw off lid, divided tank models have vented safety lids with rollover check valves.

Mechanical Agitator - Stainless steel agitator shaft with stainless steel paddles. Two paddle sets in 300 or 400 gallon compartment and one paddle in 200 gallon compartment.
