Model DO10E Hydraulic Sprayers
 

Pump - BEAN positive displacement. Capacity 10 GPM at 500 PSI. Cast iron case. Tuftrided crankshaft with automotive type connecting rod inserts, ball type main bearings. Packing cups work inside non-wearing alumina ceramic cylinders. Spring loaded disc type hardened stainless steel suction and discharge valves. Tuftrided valve chamber housing. Fluid end separated from drive end to eliminate contamination.

Air Chamber - Installed in discharge line to reduce pulsation.

Relief Valve - 50-800 PSI adjustable relief valve with replaceable packing. Stainless steel valve seat.

Pressure Gauge - 0-1000 psi liquid filled.

Suction Strainer - One star type in suction line between tank and pump inlet.

Power - Honda 8 HP, electrical/recoil combination (battery not included).

Tank - Stainless steel tank with 4 baffles. Full length mechanical agitation. Lockable lids.

Plumbing - Shut off valve plumbed hard to tank.

Pump Compartment - Fully enclosed.

Filler Opening - 15" filler opening or (2) 15" on divided tanks. Models with 1 opening have vented non leak screw off lid, models with 2 openings have vented safety lids with rollover check valves.

Mechanical Agitator - Stainless steel shaft with stainless steel paddles.

Tank Level Sight Gauges - Sight gauges on both sides.
